the back collart has 2 buttons, and it is not good for neck circumference over 33cm/13" 
model is usually US XS/S , this is a shirt with great volume, make sure you like this design of volume. 
the shirt size is good for US S and if you are US M or L ,  just make sure neck circumference, other measurements will fit since it is really loose and roomy. 
it is off shoulder and sleeves are longer than usual.
